The tech industry is constantly changes with incoming news, reviews and updates. There is no other industry that goes through such quick changes. There is a new product coming every day.

If you are a tech enthusiast, it is impossible to keep up with the news. Impossible, unless, you have the proper source downloaded on your phone. With the right tech news app, you can have all the news in your palm all the time.

To add further to this, the world is always changing so drastically, one cannot help wanting to say in touch with the latest news. There is so much going on, you can miss out on so much if you don’t stay in touch with the news.

In order to deal with the time issues we all have, we dug up five best apps that will help you stay in touch with the latest news.

    1. Beebom

    Install: Android (Free)

Beebom brings you all the latest tech news in a very readable format. It allows you to find the news you want to read easily and skim through all the latest updates. You can also click on ‘read more’ to read full stories and in-depth articles.

There is a special section called Trending Today that will quickly give you all the crisp news. Like dating apps, you can swipe left and right on the news items. If you are a quick reader who likes to scroll through, these gestures are very handy.

The app also saves the type of news you are reading to give you a more personalized experience. The quick skimming through of the latest news mean you stay in touch even when you don’t have a lot of time.

    1. Appy Geek

Install: Android, iOS (Free, with in-app purchases)

Appy Geek has a beautiful dark interface and good animations. The app’s interface is the best thing about it and puts other news apps to shame. The app connects the user with various technology news website so that you get the best of all worlds.

The app has its own sections and news but primarily it can be seen as a directory of various tech news outlets. This means that the app inadvertently becomes as comprehensive as it can get. Just land here and you do not have to go anywhere else. It is all in one place type of thing.

The app features editorials, news, reviews and pretty much everything related to tech. Appy Geek is a multilingual app that supports Espanol, French, Spanish and Chinese, other than English of course. The app is free with ads and a premium pro version that doesn’t feature ads.

    1. Feedly

Install: Android, iOS (Free, Pro version starting at $5.41/month)

Feedly as the name suggests is a true RSS feed reader that allows the user to subscribe to their preferred technology sites. If you cannot find your news item in the last, you can manually search for it and add it to your list.

The benefit of news feeds is that you get precise and customized news items that you have an interest in. Feedly is great because it allows you to get the latest tech news while going about your business. This is particularly useful if you don’t have a lot of time at your hands.

You can even create personal fields that give you separate news. For example you can create different feeds for iOS, Android, and Windows related articles. There are other useful features such as auto-read mark and various skins.

    1. Tech News Tube

Install: Android, iOS (Free, with in-app purchases)

Tech News Tube is probably the simplest app in our list, however, it is very effective. It’s simplicity and basicness is its beauty. Tech News Tube extracts the feeds in the most straightforward and natural way.

However, the plus point is you not only get the news feed in article format but audio format as well. You can mark the news and audio files to read or listen to them later.

Tech News Tube is not for you if you like gimmicks and fancy stuff. If you are an honest reader who just wants the latest tech scoops then download this app without any haste.

    1. Drippler

    Install: Android (Free)

Drippler may not strictly be a tech news app, since its primary feature is to give you tips and tricks about your phone. But it has a compelling news and article section that caught our attention.

The UI and clean and the app is easy to use. And since it is a multipurpose app, there are a lot of uses for it. If you are a tech enthusiast you should download this app, not for its news portion alone but also for the tips about gadgets – there is some very useful stuff there.

And the best part, it is completely free.
